What SANAD OS is

سند (SANAD OS), by arranto, is a maintenance operations and e-invoicing platform built specifically for Saudi contractors who run Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire safety, security, IT support, cleaning, and similar field-service trades.

It replaces the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp way of managing customers, contracts, and invoices with one system that keeps your customer registry, your maintenance contracts, your scheduled visits, and your ZATCA-compliant invoices all in the same place — in Arabic and English.

Who it's for

Small-to-mid-size Saudi maintenance contractors, typically 10–50 technicians, who currently juggle:

• Customer and site information across spreadsheets
• AMC contract terms, renewal dates, and visit schedules manually tracked
• ZATCA e-invoicing handled separately (or not at all)

Arabic-first, fully bilingual

SANAD OS defaults to Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and every screen has complete English support. Switch languages at any time from the globe icon in the top header — nothing is lost, your data displays the same way regardless of which language you're viewing it in.

The core workflow

Everything in SANAD OS is built around one chain:

Customer → Site → Asset → Contract → Scheduled Visits → ZATCA-Cleared Invoice

• A Customer is the business you serve (e.g., a bank, a retail chain, a factory).
• A Site is one of that customer's physical locations (a branch, a warehouse, a rooftop).
• An Asset is a specific piece of equipment at that site (an AC unit, an elevator, a fire panel) that you maintain.
• A Contract is the AMC agreement — value, dates, billing terms, and the service lines that define what gets serviced, how often.
• Visits are automatically generated from your contract's service frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
• An Invoice is created against a customer and, once you're connected to ZATCA, cryptographically signed and submitted for clearance or reporting — a real, government-compliant e-invoice, not a PDF you print and hope is right.
