ZATCA E-Invoicing Integration (Phase 2)
Connect your invoicing or ERP to Saudi ZATCA Phase 2: compliant XML, cryptographic stamping, CCSID onboarding and real-time clearance.
Arranto builds ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integrations for businesses in Saudi Arabia: generating compliant XML invoices, applying the required cryptographic stamp, handling CCSID onboarding, and clearing B2B invoices in real time through the ZATCA API. The work draws on FATOORA Lite, the studio's own clearance engine, which is currently in pilot. The integration supports a business's compliance workflow; it does not replace its own tax and regulatory review.
Overview & Approach
ZATCA Phase 2 requires businesses to digitally sign, cryptographically stamp, and clear B2B invoices in real time through the ZATCA API. Many ERPs and accounting tools lack the native cryptographic and XML capabilities to do this, which is where an integration layer is needed.
Arranto builds that layer: either connecting an existing ERP or billing system to ZATCA as middleware, or adding compliant invoicing to a custom system the studio builds. Because clearance depends on a live government API, the integration is designed for latency, timeouts and upstream availability rather than assuming a constant connection.

Service FAQs
Q: Is FATOORA Lite live in production?
Not yet. FATOORA Lite, the studio's ZATCA clearance engine, is in pilot. Integration work for clients is scoped and tested against your own systems and ZATCA's environments.
Q: Can you connect our existing ERP instead of replacing it?
Yes. Middleware that connects an existing ERP to ZATCA is one of the target use cases, alongside SME invoicing and B2B e-commerce clearance.
Q: Does this make our business ZATCA compliant?
It provides the technical foundation for invoice generation, stamping and clearance. Compliance also depends on your own registration, data and review, which software alone cannot replace.
Built around Saudi ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) e-invoicing workflows. The integration supports your compliance process; your own tax and regulatory review still applies.
